Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

For our return policy for Modibodi and ModibodiRED please read below. 

We only refund Modibodi Items that are in their original packaging unopened and the packaging must be undamaged (sealed). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging sealed.

If your return is accepted, we will let you know how to return your item, Please note that returns are at the cost of the returnee except in the case of a damaged item  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Modibodi and ModibodiRED are not refundable if opened and out of the original packaging.

Items that are in their original packaging unopened you can return the item for a refund.

Modibodi and ModibodiRED are considered personal hygiene products and once opened and out of the original packaging they cannot be returned for refund - this ensures that when you get your Modibodi you can feel confident that another person has not tried them on before you - and as Modibodi is an absorbent product we prefer to not repackage tried on items to ensure our 100% hygiene protocol is followed. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer.
