Returns and Refunds
Girls Matters have a 14 Day returns policy, if you change your mind, your item does not fit or there is a problem you can return your item within 14 working days after the shipment date of your order. Please ensure that you return the products unworn, undamaged and with the attached labels. Please keep your return receipt until we have processed it. Modibodi products must be in original packaging - unopened. It is not possible to return Modibodi underwear or swimwear for a refund if the item is out of the packaging (due to hygiene reasons).
